law is reason free from passion..
i still remember those mortal word
when i watched a movie (legally blonde)
but it's actually
passion is a key in studying law
it's Allah fate that brought me to this field
and i'm grateful
i enjoy being a law student
though sometimes u need to really understand
and to memorize the facts and cases
it's not a big deal
provides if law is your passion
but i may disagree on some matters
about the education system
sometimes we only learn about the basic principle
and how to answer during the exam
we ought actually been given
the opportunity to criticize and to have
what we called as creative thinking
sometimes i don't like
learning but we'r not being exposed
about the opponents arguments
maybe some facts may look small and unimportant
but sometimes it may be used against us
for example
when given a question
i don't only look for the principle to apply
but i'm also look for the argument
that the defense counsel may put forward
maybe some people may say
"it's not been asked in the exam"
but it's that the true way of learning?
sorry people
maybe i'm too particular about this issue
that's freedom of speech right?
