promise to be fulfilled

don't you ever put any hope on something which is not certain..and i hate people who is always keep on mentioning about something to be put on a date and then they not fulfill their promise...when it happens too many times u will know how it feels..as for me..every single word that comes from your mouth is a promise..it's not just a pinky promise but u must be responsible on your words..and of course i will say goodbye to that person..
